IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION:
Cookson Ranch Foundation requires proof of liability insurance two weeks prior to your scheduled event date. Liability coverage must be at least $1,000,000.
2015 FEE SCHEDULE

We are currently in the process of updating our rental information and will post it shortly. We appreciate your patience and look forward to hearing from you.
*Refundable Cleaning Fee: $500
This fee applies to both flat fee and day-use only rentals. The cleaning fee is refundable ONLY if all cleaning requirements (see “CRF Rules 2011” form) have been completed to the satisfaction of the caretaker or his assistant. All areas of the camp must be clean and all items returned to their original places (i.e. tables, chairs, garbage cans).
Security Deposit Fee: Half (50%) of the total fee is due at the time of the reservation. This fee will be placed towards the total rental balance. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is given less than 30 days before arrival date.
For example, if the reservation is for 25 people for 3 nights, then the total fee would be:
3 nights x $250 (for 25 people) = $750; Deposit=$375.
Fees are due within 15 days of departure. Late fees will be charged 18% per annum.
There is a $25.00 fee for any returned/insufficient funds checks.
